Well Inspections
At Twin Fox Inspections, we perform a visual inspection to determine the condition of your well and pressure system and to look for non-compliant wells. Every well inspection includes a test through a certified lab to look for common contaminants in the drinking water.
If you want to have your well inspected and it is part of a real estate transaction in the state of Wisconsin, state law requires that your inspector be licensed as a well driller or pump installer. Twin Fox Inspections is licensed and registered with the Wisconsin DNR to perform your property transfer well inspections. (Note: Minnesota does not have a similar requirement.)

Water Quality
Each water sample we collect is sent to a certified testing laboratory to look for contaminants. We recommend inquiring with the home owner to determine whether or not the water has been recently tested, and what known contaminants may be present. If there is a water treatment system present at the house, you may want to consider taking a water quality sample in two locations: at the well pressure tank (upstream of any treatment system), as well as at the kitchen or bathroom tap.
